California State Senator Dave Cortese invites Senate District 15 residents to his 4th Annual Picnic by the Lake: A Multicultural Festival and Legislative Resource Fair! Picnic by the Lake will take place on Saturday, October 10th, 2026 from 10 AM to 3 PM at Hellyer County Park located at 985 Hellyer Avenue in San Jose, CA. 

Picnic by the Lake is being held in partnership with the County of Santa Clara Parks and Recreation Department and the San Jose Japantown Lions Club and Foundation.
